  • 1 Hour (or 2 x 30 minute) discovery calls
  • 1 PDF plan of executable tasks
  • In depth review of current websites and sales processes
  • Review of inefficiencies in system and room for system automation
  • 1 PDF plan of scheduled execution
  • Full proposal and contract review to begin project
  • 30 minute review call to wrap up


Why is this phase required:

To be able to effectively make the right decisions for your company, we need to dive in… deep.

An in-depth discovery phase allows me (Margaret) to fully immerse myself in your brand. Not only will I need to become intimately familiar with your internal business processes, but I also research advocate for your customer to be able to experience how you can best serve them moving forward.


Timespan of Phase:

The discovery phase can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks depending on speed of response between the two parties.
